This conference is different from the previous three editions (London, Budapest, Seoul). this year edition includes as many stakeholders as possible by using 3 broad cyber themes: freedom, security and economic/social growth (and the innate tension between these three aspects of the cyber domain). For more information on the conference please see: https://www.gccs2015.com/themes/freedom, and: https://www.gccs2015.com/themes/road-gccs.
